The other day I was browsing WickedFire and I stumbled upon a few landing pages that were being given out for free.  I figured I might as well post them up for people to use.  Feel free to use these wherever you feel like it.

Myspace Ads

If you guys haven’t tried out Myspace Ads, don’t.  Just kidding, try it.  You can target your demographic by age and sex and a multitude of interests.

You can download myspace-audience-interests that I found that shows how many people are interested in each item.

The drawbacks there is a minimum $0.25 CPC and you can only target users in the United States.

But their userbase is HUGE!  There’s plenty of impressions to go around.  And there’s plenty of money to be made.  Plus they’re not nearly as strict as Facebook.

I spent right about $500 and made just a hair over $900 last weekend using a single ad.

Jump in and get your hands dirty!

Valentines Day Keyword List

Over at WickedFire a fellow Affiliate Marketer was trying to advertise his keyword service.  He wasn’t getting much attention so he decided to give out a free keyword list.  He didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes and asked around for an example micro-niche.  Nobody provided him one.  Then, he decided he would create a Valentines Day keyword list.  I’ve provided a copy of it here.

This is one helluva keyword list.  Feel free to use it.

Even better, if you need another keyword list like this, contact him over at WickedFire in this thread.

Facebook Campaign Case Study

I made a post about this on WickedFire, here.  Anybody who thinks they can use the suggestions in the thread and apply it accordingly, feel free to do so.

Here’s an example of one of my campaigns on Facebook. This particular campaign wasn’t profitable, but I believed it had potential. This is also a recurring niche for those of you who are familiar with big sporting events and can take advantage.

Alright, I’ve blown through a decent amount of my $250 in Facebook coupons in my account. I have yet to get a SINGLE conversion using Facebook.

I wanted to get some insight on what I’m doing wrong in a particular campaign. Sorry if I’m outing anybody’s niche right here. I tried this as and I knew I would get some conversions for it because people feel strongly about their college football team.

I didn’t get the opportunity to split test because I only threw this offer up the Tuesday before the game.

Here’s my ad:

Facebook Ad

It is direct linking to the offer which is here: Sportsviews – Sports Social Network

I was targeting males between 16 and 24 years old in Florida and Oklahoma. I had a CTR of 0.07% and was paying and average of $0.28 per click. The payout was $3 per signup and I sent them 66 clicks and didn’t see a single conversion.

I know my targeting could’ve been better using keywords such as Florida Gators and/or Oklahoma Sooners. But I was in a hurry to launch this campaign.

After trying god knows how many campaigns over at facebook I finally found one that was profitable. I have to give a big thanks to Aequitas over at the WickedFire forums. He makes it easy for any affiliate marketer to make some money using facebook ads. He’s literally giving away gold in the Faceboook Ads post over at WickedFire. If you haven’t read it’s multitude of pages, I suggest giving it a read.
