I recently have been talking to a rep over at Facebook and he’s been extremely helpful. If you guys need to talk to one yourself, go hit up WickedFire and look for the user Facebook. His name is Keith and he’s awesome.

I also found out from him that if you’ve been in touch previously with ANY other rep, that is your dedicated rep. So in my case I talked to another guy at facebook and he’s the one that is assigned to me. Just a heads up to all you people that have been in touch with a facebook rep.
