Comments on: Were your Facebook Ads disapproved yet again?

OK guys. We’ve all had enough of Facebook and their disapproving ads for no real reason. It’s time to fight back. I am gathering names for a potential class action suit against Facebook for their preferential treatment and discriminatory actions. I have personally copied someone’s ad changing two words (lower case) and having it go to the EXACT SAME SITE as theirs (with MY affiliate name) and it was disapproved.

If you would like to be in on this, I need 10 people who are willing to give their names, address, phone and a copy of the disapproved ad. Send it to: admin@unitehawaii.com

AARGH! Same here. They’re losing money and I’m losing business. Why don’t they have humans in customer service for a PAID product like this?

This is a very annoying problem. I have just had an ad disapproved that pointed to my affiliatemarketingtricks.com site.

The ad contained a few lines of copy that basically said that I would help people discover the right way to make money at home with AF. The image was just a picture of me.

The response from them. The subject matter did not tie in with the site. I would love to know how.

I also got the same message as above.

Is there any other way to contact FB?

The disapproval messages are very generic and not give any clue what is wrong.

Further there is no proper “contact” email id for FB – and ironically they expect all of that on our landing page of the Ad!!!

Thanks for sharing the mail id Riley. It looks nice to see you have helped many. But unfortunately when I tried today to send a mail to that Id, i got below reply:

“You’ve reached an email address that no longer accepts inquiries and we will not be able to respond to your message. Is there any other way to contact facebook team and say that my ads and sites are genuine and should be approved?

I managed to get the approval: it seems they disapproved my ad because I capitalized both words in my company name (which I thought was within their rules).

So, against my wishes, I had to change the second word in the name to lowercase. It might not seem like a big deal, but imagine if British Petroleum had to advertise as British petroleum, for example.

Yep, seems they decided to put the ‘closed’ sign on that e-mail. Now they just show you to the list of requirements and say ‘you figure it out, loser’.
